Temporary Hire: After completing 520 hours on the Hire Connections payroll, you may place that individual onto your payroll with no conversion fee. This enables you to evaluate the employee's performance on the job with no risk to you.

Direct Hire: We will find the candidate for the immediate placement within your organization, so you don't have to wait to make that person a full-time member of your team.
