We offer a variety of placements.
Temporary Placements (Specialty Personnel): For peak periods, special projects,
vacations, maternity coverage – whatever your need may be.
Temporary Hire: After completing 520 hours on the Hire Connections payroll,
you may place that individual onto your payroll with no conversion fee. This enables you to evaluate the employee’s
performance on the job with no risk to you.
Direct Hire: We will find the candidate for the immediate placement within your
organization, so you don’t have to wait to make that person a full-time member of your team.
Benefits:
Hire Connections employees are eligible for bonuses, holiday and vacation pay based
upon certain criteria. In order to qualify you simply need to currently be working on assignment for Hire Connections, when
you reach the hours needed simply contact your employment specialists and let them know. These are just some of
the bonuses offered to our employees:
750 hours: After you complete 750 hours
in one calendar year, you will receive $75.00.
1600 hours: After you complete 1600 hours in one calendar year, you will receive
$200.00.
1800 hours: After completing 1800 hours within a 12-month calendar year, you
are eligible for paid holidays as long as you work the day before and the day after the holidays. Observed holidays:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
2080 hours: After completing 2080 hours, you will receive one week paid vacation
(average pay rate from last six months).

- Chronological order of jobs, with brief description of duties, including skills used and major accomplishments
at position. Include dates of employment

- Special awards, memberships, etc.
Interview tips:

Always arrive no more than five minutes early with a clean copy of your résumé.

Attire: clean and ironed, no visible body piercing except ears, light cologne or perfume,
skirts that hit the knee or pants that come to the top of shoe.

Always maintain eye contact and take notes.

Be prepared to answer specific questions about past experience.
